Prosecutors: Dawid K. received 583,000 zloty on false invoices

Doctor and former district councillor for KO Dawid K. has been charged with fraud of 583,000 zloty: according to prosecutors, he submitted false invoices. He did not admit guilt and gave testimony.

The prosecutor ordered police supervision, 200,000 zloty bail and a ban on leaving the country with passport confiscation. The investigation examined documents of the Southern and Bródno hospitals, TV programme recordings, entry pass data, parking, mobile operators and even airlines. According to CBA analysis, in many cases the doctor was outside Warsaw or even outside Poland during the hours stated in the documents.

A second investigation concerns supervision of the work of the Southern Hospital.
