On Thursday, October 15, the Warsaw city council decided to raise fees for removing vehicles from the city's streets. The new rates will take effect from the start of 2027.

Towing a passenger car will cost 770 zloty, 21 zloty more than now. Storage will rise from 65 to 67 zloty per day. A bicycle, moped or scooter will cost 186 zloty (now 179), a motorcycle 358 zloty (now 348). The rate for transporting dangerous materials will be 2,431 zloty.

According to the city, budget revenue will rise by about 7 million zloty. The justification says Warsaw orders 16–18 thousand vehicle removals a year. The rates are tied to the limits set by the minister of finance and economy.
