Polish SMEs oppose higher excise on e-cigarette liquids

Polish small and medium-sized enterprises warn that the new rules on excise on e-cigarette liquids and cartridges benefit international concerns. According to rp.pl, local entrepreneurs expect the President of Poland to veto one or two laws that are unfavourable to them.
