Łukasz Skorupski loses his place in Bologna's goal

Bologna goalkeeper Łukasz Skorupski has lost his place in goal. In the match against Lecce, coach Raffaele Palladino picked Massimo Pessina. Bologna won 2-1. The publication does not rule out that Skorupski has lost his place for a long time.

Pessina is 18. He played for Italy's under-19 team and was recently called up to the senior national team. In the match against Lecce he made a mistake that led to an opposing goal, but made four successful interventions.

Palladino said it was a purely sporting decision: he spoke to both goalkeepers. “I believe in Pessina, as does the club. He is young and has the right to make mistakes,” the coach added.

Last season Skorupski made errors, and since the start of the current one he has not shone in Serie A. He has had several injuries.
