Orlen case: prosecutors seek arrest of four of five detained managers

National Prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk said on TVN24 that prosecutors have sent motions to court for the arrest of four of the five detained current and former Orlen managers. Non-custodial measures were applied to the fifth.

On Tuesday the ABW detained five, including a former member of the company's board for 2018–2024. The investigation into the unjustified lowering of fuel prices from August to November 2023 has run for more than two years. According to experts' estimates, the damage to Orlen is 4.1 billion zloty.
