The Mazovian monument conservator has entered in the register the corner tenement house of Wiktor Bychowski with an annex at the corner of Mokotowska and Wilcza. The building was constructed in 1910–1912, and its dominant feature is a cylindrical corner tower.

The design was previously attributed to Marian Kontkiewicz, but new research points to Józef Napoleon Czerwiński. The house had central heating, gas kitchens and a lift finished in mahogany, and most flats were more than 4 metres high.

In the interwar period two floors were occupied by the Narcyza Żmichowska girls' gymnasium. Since 1928 a flower shop owned by one family has operated in the building. The upper floors, destroyed in the bombing of 1939, have not been rebuilt.
