Prosecutors again take action at the Madalińskiego Street hospital in Warsaw after a patient's death

Prosecutors have returned to the hospital on Madalińskiego Street in Mokotów. A 31-year-old patient died there in December last year. According to TVN24, during a simple gynaecological procedure she was given nitrous oxide instead of oxygen.

According to TVN24's report, prosecutors are carrying out “repeat proceedings”. The text gives no information on any charges brought or on the results of the inquiry.
