Nawrocki vetoes three laws, including amendments to the Electoral Code

President Karol Nawrocki on Thursday, October 15, declined to sign three laws: amendments to the Electoral Code, the act on bodies and proceedings in political advertising cases, and the act on implementing judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. Polsat News reports this.

The same day the president signed eight laws. These include the act on combating unfair market practices, the act on renewable energy sources, amendments to the personal and corporate income tax acts, the excise tax act, the water law act, the act on local taxes and fees, and the energy law act, as well as an act linked to the implementation of the 2026 budget.

Since the beginning of the current term, 290 laws have been signed, the outlet reports.
