The 4th Great Urban Mobility Test (Wielki Test Mobilności Miejskiej) was held on 15 September during the morning rush hour in Warsaw, Gdańsk and the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis (GZM). In the overall ranking the bicycle scored the most points, 112; the electric car came second with 92 and public transport third with 84; combustion-engine cars and hybrids scored 77. The assessment covered not only travel time (which carried double weight) but also cost, CO₂e emissions, affordability and versatility.

In Warsaw and Gdańsk, bicycles were the fastest on all four personal routes. In the capital, participants started from Bemowo and Mokotów: cyclists finished in 30 and 36 minutes, with public transport second at 41 minutes from Bemowo and 39 from Mokotów. In GZM, by contrast, cars won: 39 minutes on average against 46 by bicycle and 62 by public transport.

The average cost of a round trip with a short stop was 3.1 zł for an electric car and 10.7 zł for a combustion-engine car or hybrid; emissions were 0.93 and 1.24 kg CO₂e respectively, 0.40 kg for public transport and zero for the bicycle. DHL Express couriers took part for the first time: on three routes, electric vans cost 17.40 zł in energy and parking against 52.35 zł for combustion-engine vehicles.
